Robert (Bob) Heidorn
He began his career in 1976 as a carpenter, framing wood construction homes in Connecticut, where he quickly learned the trade and moved up in responsibility. He joined the local carpenter's union and earned his journeyman's status. Feeling the need to undertake larger projects he joined and managed projects for three commercial construction companies specializing in commercial interior fit ups and high end residential custom homes. In 1999 he accepted a position as a Construction Manager with Lennar Homes (U.S. Home Division) which brought him to Southwest Florida. He rose through different levels of management and in 2005 accepted the position of Director of Construction for all of Southwest Florida. In May 2009 he decided to spend more time with his family and stepped down from Lennar. Realizing he missed his passion for home construction he teamed up with his former colleague and friend and started Arnold Roberts Signature Homes. Now as owner of Arnold Roberts Signature Homes he directs new home construction and company operations along with Arnie Egan.
