As part of our efforts you meet with the owners who personally assist you with every aspect of design, selection and construction. This process could take multiple meetings. Rest assured that before we break ground on your new home, you will know how you want the finished product to look from floor plan to color selections to landscaping design.
Meetings and communication are a continued process as part of your new home construction. Customers are welcome to the job site at any time and will be asked to meet at the site prior to drywall installation. At a minimum, the home owner will again be asked to do a walk through prior to closing and be given a home orientation the day of closing.
Our services do not end there as we schedule warranty visits for 30 days and 180 days after closing. Although, feel free to contact us and schedule appointments for warranty issues that come to your attention.
